Birdwatching

There is nothing like birdwatching to get you focused on the NOW!  I love getting out the binos or camera and just having a sit.  If you have a field guide, take it and a coat with you and find a comfortable pozzie.

If you can... get outside this weekend, take some time to enjoy nature and your universe.
